    Booking and paying for your course

    To book your course please download and complete the course booking form, this must be signed and returned by post. All course places are allocated on a first come first served basis, as places are limited to a maximum of four and on some courses two, places fill up fast so early booking is advised to avoid dissapointment. Priority is given to delegates paying by paypal. 
     
    If your date is not available we will let you know as soon as possible and offer you the next available date, if none of the alternative dates are suitable we will give you a full refund.

    Payment by Cheque 

    You can pay for your course in instalments by cheque.  In order to secure your place on a course a deposit of 50% is required.  An email will be sent as soon as this is recieved confirming your course allocation.  The balance of course fees are due 10 working days prior to course commencement. Late payment of fees will result in an administration charge of £35.00.

    • If you don’t bank with Barclays, when you register we’ll set up a Barclays Pingit Wallet account on the app for you to use to send money. You can top-up the Barclays Pingit Wallet account by paying in cash at a Barclays branch, transferring money to it from your UK current account or using any UK Barclays ATM
    • You can send up to £300 a day to family, friends and small businesses, subject to having available funds.
    • You can receive up to £5,000 a day from other users. We’ll tell you if different limits apply to you and any steps you need to take to get full use of the service, such as undergoing additional ID checks in a Barclays branch
    • Once you’ve registered, you can check the balance of your linked Barclays bank or Barclays Pingit Wallet account in the app. You can also view your recent Barclays Pingit transactions in the app
    • Just ping your deposit if your deposit is more than £300 you will need to process the balance of the deposit within 72 hours.
    • Once you have made your ping payment just send us a text with your name, course title and date that you have paid for, with your email address for the confirmation
    Payment of course fees online through the website

    It is now possible to pay securely online by credit/debit card directly through the website.  This applies to deposits and balance of course fees.  A 4% Paypal surcharge fee applies to credit/debit card payments, this charge is to cover the banking fee levied by paypal.  Once payment is recieved you will be sent and email confirming your course allocation. Late payment of fees will result in an administration charge of £35.00.

    Our Booking Terms & Conditions

    1. Places on courses are allocated verbally and constitute a verbal contract in law. Booking form must be returned with signed terms and conditions.2. Non-refundable 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance of course fees are due 10 bank working days prior to course date, a surcharge of £35.00 will apply for late payment of course fees.

    3. Credit card payments can be made using secure online payment through paypal either through the website or by paypal invoice a 4% surcharge is levied to cover the processing cost.

    4. Late Bookings are accepted subject to availability, all fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Late bookings do not incur the late payment penalty.

    5. Students may transfer to alternative course dates with 4 weeks prior notice for Free, less than 4 weeks notice and a transfer fee of £75.00 will apply to cover administration costs. Fees must be paid within the timescales of the original course booking date, despite transferring to a later date.

    6. Non-attendance / Cancellation 100% course fee charged.

    7. All courses start promptly at the start time, if you are going to be delayed please telephone to notify us.

    8. It may be necessary to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient numbers or filming reschedules, in the event of this happening an alternative date will be offered.

    9. Hard copies of your photographs are provided for use in your portfolios only. You may purchase photographs royalty free for use in portfolios, websites and advertising materials at an additional fee. Cameras and mobile phones used for photography are not permitted during courses.

    10. Student Kits must be paid in full at the point of order, please remember to allow 14 days time for delivery prior to course commencement.

    11. All information and prices are correct at the time of print however, details may be subject to change.

    12. We reserve the right to decline applications.
