Course overview
This new course has been designed in response to the growing demand for multi-faceted makeup and hair artists. No previous hair experience is required so this course is suitable for makeup artists and beauticians wishing to add hair styling skills to your business that are complete beginners. On this course you will learn hair styling techniques and skills for dressing hair for wide variety of
occasions. Models are provided for you to work on and all completed work will be photographed for your portfolio. With practice in your own time you will further develop your skills by completing the course case studies.
For your photographs you will style both your models hair and apply the make-up.
Pre-requisites: Cosmetic Makeup Certificate or level 2 Beauty therapy and above.

Day 3 and 4. Styling and dressing Hair.

• Basic pony tails
• Basic pleats
• Various up styles
